Chocolate!!!!!

Hello ladies!
I thought I would pop in and share two of our favorite chocolate recipes with you. Let's get started shall we?

Skinny Girl Chocolate
(Trim Healthy Mama Recipe. Dont let the title fool you. If you decide to pig out and consume all the chocolate you wont feel skinny. Please dont ask me how I know.)

Ingredients
•1/4 cup of cocoa (We use this kind)
•1/2 cup of coconut oil (buy here)
•2 or 3 tablespoons of honey (buy here)

Mix all ingredients and freeze. I have lined a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and just poured the chocolate onto that. It came out looking like a frozen mud puddle. We just broke pieces off and enjoyed it. I think it would be fun to add gummy worms to the puddle. I've also placed cupcake liners in a muffin pan. I put down a layer of peanut butter followed by the chocolate so we had a "Reeses."  You could add nuts, dried fruits, shredded coconut or whatever. Your possibilities are only limited by you. Enjoy :)


 With one batch of chocolate I can get four king size Reese's. Mine came out artistic looking he he :)


If I stretch the chocokate I can get eight Reese's cookies.

Chocolate milk mix

Ingredients
•1/4 cup of cocoa (buy here)
•2/3 cup of sugar (We use this kind)
•pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients and store in a Mason jar. To use, dissolve 2-4 tablespoons of chocolate milk mix in a bit of hot water, add milk, and enjoy :)
Tip:Use powder sugar instead of granulated sugar. That will allow you to skip the water part.
